The TechOps Engineer plays a key role in ensuring operational continuity and technical excellence across all EDGECOM sites. As part of the Global Technical Operations team, this role supports Production and Operations by testing and deploying new workflows (ORKA and non-ORKA), configuring project-specific technical setups, and coordinating both on-site and off-site deployments. Reporting to the Global TechOps Manager, the TechOps Engineer proactively investigates and resolves production-related issues, implementing both immediate fixes and long-term improvements to prevent recurrence. Acting as a bridge between Production, Operations, and Technical Support Services, the role ensures seamless communication and workflow integration.
